A day in the life…

Once you join the team at The Big Red Barn Christian Academy, your days will be filled to the brim with joy. Some days will be more demanding than others, but we believe every day will be rewarding in a way that reminds you why you chose early childhood education.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to love, guide, and support children through some of the most important and impressionable years of their lives. You’ll witness big milestones, celebrate everyday wins, and build meaningful relationships—not only with the children in your classroom, but with their families, too.

And just like we encourage our students to develop a love for exploration, we encourage our staff to stay connected to their inner child as well. Curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning are part of who we are—so yes, getting a little messy is at our core… and that belief doesn’t just apply to the kids!
