Passion is what creates a successful venture—and passion is at the heart of why I founded The Big Red Barn Christian Academy. While earning my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University, with a dual concentration in Early Childhood Professions and Leadership & Entrepreneurship, I discovered my true calling in early childhood education.

My career began as a substitute teacher working with children from six weeks to six years old. Along the way, I fell in love with infant care and became a lead teacher—first in a one-year-old classroom, and later as a Lead Infant Teacher. After graduating, I stepped into leadership as a Director, where I found an even deeper passion for supporting not only children, but also the incredible teachers and parents who help them thrive.

Because I’m still in the classroom, I’m able to bring a fresh, hands-on perspective to the business side of early childhood education. I promise you’ll never find someone more committed to early learning—or who cares more about every detail of education, connection, and communication.
