I love being a teacher because it gives me the chance to nurture children during some of the most important and impressionable years of their lives. Watching them grow, explore, and gain confidence reminds me every day why I chose this path. I’ve always been drawn to young children—their curiosity, their honesty, and the joy they find in the smallest moments. Knowing I can help build strong foundations, inspire a love of learning, and create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels seen and valued is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Outside of the classroom, I come from a small but very loving family. I have three older brothers, and my parents have always been a steady source of support—especially my mom, who’s been my biggest cheerleader. On calmer weekends, you can usually find me enjoying nature walks, camping, or spending time at museums (they’re my favorite!). I also love being with my pets—my cats, Cheddar and Luna, and my dog, Shilo, who I take to the park any chance I get. And art is a big part of my life, too—I love to paint and color as a way to relax, reset, and calm my mind.
